Our concept at Ford + Shep is designed around carefully curated ingredients used in a thoughtful and flavorful manner. Chef Brandon draws inspiration from travel, culture and experimentation with flavors. We work with local farmers and purveyors while we build our dishes and hand-crafted cocktails. Our menus change often. You may find a favorite item that you had one week is not on the following week's menu, and that's ok. It allows our chefs to stretch their creativity and it gives you the opportunity to branch out and try something new.
